Ashburn (Nov. 24, 2009) - Briar Woods High School senior Kim Bell, who will leave the Falcons after this season owning almost every basketball record in the school's 5-year history, signed her NCAA Division I College Letter of Intent Monday to play next year at Utah Valley.

Bell has also been a standout on the Falcon volleyball team
