News: Good-bye Freezing Rain, Hello Heavy Rain

The National Weather Service has cancelled its winter storm watch for Loudoun but the forecast now calls for heavy rain, more than an inch, and some place in the D.C. area could see over two inches. With the snow already on the ground, there is sure to be localized flooding so drive carefully out there tonight going to and from games.
