(Feb. 22, 2010) - Loudoun Valley High School seniors Kayla Sweet and Chrystal Oden both were named All-Cedar Run District and Viking coach Jen Piccolomini picked up Coach of the Year honors.
Heritage's Erika Grabbi and Ceara Scott both made second team. Valley's Brea Calhoun and Heritage's Chelsea Paskowski were both honorable mention.
