Clugston Construction wins new contracts

Clugston Construction, one of the North’s leading privately owned building and civil engineering contractors is pleased to announce it has been awarded contracts worth over £7million.

The projects include a 9000sqm extension to the Egger UK manufacturing plant in Hexham, an extension to a Nursing Home in Middlesbrough, for Belle Vue Healthcare Ltd and the extension of Redcar Fire Station. Additionally a number of smaller educational projects have also been secured. All the projects are being managed from Clugston Construction’s North East Regional Office in Hebburn.

The work in Redcar, for Cleveland Fire Authority, will see the Fire Station brought up to date with new control facilities and services. It is estimated that over 30 people will be employed from the local communities in Middlesbrough and Redcar during the course of the works and 50 on the project in Hexham.
