Youth Sports - Basketball - Triple Threat Program Seeks Players and Coaches

(Oct. 19, 2010) - The Loudoun Triple Threat AAU boys and girls basketball program serves competitive coaches and players wanting to compete on a regional and national basis. Triple Threat had five teams at Nationals in the summer and all their teams will compete in state and national tournaments this year.

News: APEX Gymnastics Finalizes Plans for Expansion -- Additional 12,000 Sq. Feet to Open in Late November

Leesburg (Oct. 13, 2010) - APEX Gymnastics announced this week that construction will start soon on a 12,000 square foot expansion to the facility.

Youth Sports - Girls Soccer - Loudoun 2000 Girls Shut Out Opponents to Win Elite Columbia Invitational

(June 2, 2010) – In the final tournament of their inaugural year, Loudoun Soccer’s 2000 Girls Red team shut out their opponents in every game to win the championship trophy at the elite Columbia Invitational, held outside of Baltimore in Columbia, Maryland from May 29-May 31. Youth Sports - Gymnastics - APEX Level 8's Finish Second at East Coast Classic

(Feb. 24, 2010) - The APEX Level 8 gymnastic team finished second in a strong field at the East Coast Classic on Feb. 12–14 in Landover, MD.

The Apex Gymnasts competed with over 500 athletes from several states. Special congratulations to Brielle Davis, level 10 and Madison O’Braitis and Maddy Scozzie, level 9's who qualified to event finals and Shannon Daily, level 8 who qualified to states.

Youth Sports - Gymnastics - APEX Level 5's Sweep Rainbow Classic

(Feb. 7, 2010) - The APEX Level 5 gymnastics team competed in the 35th Annual Rainbow Classic in Wayneboro, PAon Jan. 30 and finished first place in the team competition.

There were many other podium finishes for APEX including these top three champions: Julia Ames, Taylor Knowles, Bryn Hertel, Allison Auten, Jadyn West, Lauren Miller, Alex Weber, Erin Kaplan, Ashley Wilkins, Brooke Constantine
