SOS competitors, officials and fans will be excited to see the #21 back on the track in 2006. Tim Phillips has been a regular with the SOS for many years but was unable to compete in 2005 as he battled prostate cancer.
For Tim it was a successful fight as he is ready to get back behind the wheel full time. A local Grand Island, NY newspaper along with several others in the area ran a story about Tim and his victory over cancer.
