(Oct. 27, 2010) - Broad Run High School clinched the second seed for next week's Dulles District tournament with a hard-fought win over Freedom Tuesday night in five games, 21-25, 25-21, 25-23, 13-25, 15-13.

Ashburn (Oct. 22, 2010) - The Loudoun County High School volleyball team swept second-place Broad Run Thursday night to wrap up the Raiders fifth consecutive Dulles District regular-season title.

Girls Basketball: Hot Shooting Raiders Net Third Dulles District Tournament Title in Five Years

South Riding (Feb. 23, 2010) - Loudoun County High School senior Alissa Kain broke the 1,000-point career mark the other night and evidently the gritty 5-foot-9 swing player was just getting warmed up as she scored 21 points Saturday, including 15 and three 3-pointers in the first half, to lead the Raiders to their third AA Dulles District girls basketball tournament title in five years.

Dulles District Basketball: "Big Four" Set for Saturday Showdown as Broad Run and Potomac Falls Boys Advance to Finals, Join LC and Freedom Girls

South Riding (Feb. 19, 2010) - It had to be.

The "big four" this season of Dulles District basektball -- Broad Run and Potomac Falls boys and Freedom and Loudoun County girls -- will meet Saturday night at Freedom High School with tournament titles on the line with the girls tipping off at 6 p.m. followed by the boys around 8 p.m.

It had to be as all four teams -- a combined 69-11 on the season

(Feb. 19, 2010) - The Dulles District boys basketball tournament features semifinal action tonight at Freedom High School with the surprising host Eagles, just 5-15 on the season, taking on Broad Run (18-2) at 8 p.m. preceded by Potomac Falls (16-2) vs. Briar Woods (9-9) at 6 p.m.
