NCATS: Steckly Preparing for First NASCAR Canadian Tire Series Race

MILVERTON, ON - Scott Steckly and the 22 Racing team have been busy preparing all winter for the inaugural NASCAR Canadian Tire Series race at Cayuga Speedway. The race is set for 8 PM this Saturday, May 26th. There is racing action all day Saturday, with practice beginning at 12 noon. The teams start qualifying at 4:15 PM.

Once again, Scott will be driving the #22 Erb Group sponsored Dodge Charger. Last season, Steckly won the season opening race, in the former CASCAR Super Series at Barrie Speedway. That strong start to the season helped Scott finish the season with a career best sixth place finish in the championship standings. The team is hoping to improve on those results again this year.

Scott Steckly and 22 Racing are proudly sponsored by Erb Group of Companies, AW Millwrights, International Dealers: Diamond International (Edmonton, AB), Sommers Motor Generator Sales, D.H. Jutzi Limited, Groeneveld, Thermo King of Eastern Canada, Twin City Graphics, Chris Root Precision Machine, Stratford Motor Products, Generation Filtration, Mr. Transmission (Guelph), Commercial Babcock, Classy Collectibles, Glasvan Great Dane, Motorsport Design.
