(Nov. 17, 2009) - The Virginia High School League Redistricting and Reclassification Committee met today to create the initial plan for the 2011-12 and 2012-13 two-year cycle and if the plan holds a reversal will take place in Loudoun as Broad Run and Freedom move up to AAA and Heritage and Loudoun Valley shift back down to AA.
The initial plan is to move Broad Run and Freedom into the spots
