Boys Soccer: Park View's Herrera is Region II Player of the Year, BR's Hicks Coach of the Year

(June 8, 2010) - Park View High School junior Jose Miguel Herrera has been named the Region II Player of the Year and Broad Run's Jon Hicks is the Coach of the Year.
